Second line - АЧ12 = initials and numerals indicating the content of the bales.
Third line - 1827 = date of assessment.
Second side:-
First line- ЛД = LD = l'nyanoy dosmotr = Flax Inspection.
Second & Third line - A.CA(P?) = A.SA(R?) : (БI?)НИН = (BI?)NIN name of quality control officer, closest match is Sarafanin, 1821, CUPMS:1999.2.16.4, see App.7.3*.
Fourth line - H71 = N71 = number of work station used by QA officer.
