Found by Paul Manning on the outskirts of Gloucester.

First side:-
First line:- (Н?)П = (N?)P
Second and Third line:- ФЛАР = FLAR // ОНОВ1 = ONOV1 = Indicates the quality and type of goods but uncertain what initials stood for.*
Fourth line:- ?II - unknown
Second side:-
First line:- ?.П.С. = ?.P.S.
Second & Third lines:- ?:ТЮР = ?:TyuR // ИНЪ = IN [initials & surname of Quality Control Officer, Tyurin - there are five seals with this surname on them recorded in App.7.3.1, 'Quality Control Officers (Provenance indeterminable)' one is dated 1794.]*
Fourth line:- H:1 = N:1 = the number of the post the QA Officer worked at.*
