БPACЯKOBЪ / H40 /// NP / ??9K /1806 Flax Inspector I.BRASYAKOV working out of number 40 post in the port of Konigsberg, Kronstadt, Libnau, Memel, Narva, Pernau, Reval, Riga, St Petersburg, or Tilsit in the year 1806. All of these ports used NP for their flax seals before the year 1829
The Grower/Owner/Agent initials are unknown with 9 high quality Krown flax plants in the bale. (9K has been associated with 2nd sort)
