Found near hemp mill and a ropery in Noordeinde 1.5 miles north west from De Rijp in North Holland, 26x24mm, 20.2g.
An Archangel flax or hemp bale seal - 1879 (although the second digit appears more like a '7' than an '8' seals of this type are not known before 1813* and the size of the seal shown in this record matches the larger size of all Archangel seals after the mid 1820's, previous ones being smaller) [p.29, Russian Cloth Seals in Britain: Trade, Textiles and Origins by John Sullivan, 2012].
*This has been extended to 1806 by the PeaceHavens Project.
