Cloth Seal, Searcher's Seal, Image & Found by Derfel.
Found on Thames foreshore, 20 x 18mm.
Single segment most likely from a four part lozenge sectioned seal. SEA / RCH / ED in a rope border with a pierced mullet in two corners and probably all corners.

See John GM's Cloth Seal, Kent, 1618 which could well be from the same series. Note that seal was also found on the Thames foreshore.
