NAPOLI, ENOLOGICA PARTENOPE...OGIETA around // NAPOLI, FRATELLI SEMERIA around
This appears to be a seal for the Fratelli Semeria (Semeria Brothers) company, although that is based in Imperia Oneglia in north west Italy rather than Naples. Also 'enologica' is more suggestive of wine rather than olive oil.
From F.lli Semeria, "Fratelli Semeria was founded in 1890 by Celeste Semeria in a small oil mill in Pondedassio, a typical village in the hinterland of Imperia. Shortly afterwards Fratelli Semeria became a reference point for the production and packaging of quality extra virgin olive oil, the famous "pure olive oil" of the province of Imperia.
Between the first and second world wars, Celeste's children (Giovanni Battista, Stefano and Francesco) took the company to the center of Imperia Oneglia, for years the Italian capital of olive oil, where there were 300 warehouses dedicated to trade of the renowned yellow gold with distribution in Italy and abroad. The third generation of the Semeria family (Roberto and Valerio) carried on the management of the company until 2012 when the brand was bought by the Venturino family. With the Fratelli Semeria brand, subjected to graphic restlying at the end of 2015, traditional Ligurian delicacies such as pestos, pates and olives are produced and marketed, as well as extra virgin olive oil, olive oil and that of sunflower."
