Found in Scotland.
An Archangel flax or hemp bale seal - 1841.
First side:-
First line - КУД(ЕЛЬ) = kudel' = tow,contents of the bale
Second line - 2 COPTЪ = 2 SORTB = 2nd Grade
Third line - В:ЛЕД = V:LED = initials of the owner or producer or agent
Fifth line - 1841 = year when grading took place.
Second Side:-
First line - missing but usually АPX:ПOP = Archangel Port
Second line - ДЕСЯ(ТН.) - an abbreviation of Desyatnik = rank of quality control officer.
Third & Fourth line - АНДР.. / МАКОB = ANDR.. / MAKOV - the Christian and surname of the quality control officer.
