Found in the Yorks Lancs border area.

E. K. on one side and on the other EARLES curved around the top & in the middle and KING curved around the bottom. (This description is made possible from a lettering on a similar seal found by Collywally.)

These documents are in the NOCK, DEIGHTON COLLECTION held at Shropshire Archives Accounts: Earles & King, Liverpool Oil Mill 4752/52/123 January 1890 "Thanks for your enquiry about the Earls & King accounts. The documents are essentially headed paper, and indicated that Earls & King were seed crushers. The receipts were each for 4 tons of Linseed cake, so this may give you the information you need."
