BSG.BS.01250 — Horse Seal

"This bag seal is an Exmouth Beach find, from the area where old stuff turns up, crude horse on one side, illegible initials on the other. Can anybody give a rough date for this one please?" Horse could be a goat and one of the initials the number 3 ?
