From Paul Cannon, "I wonder if it reads “NEUMAN TESTVÉREK ARAD” for Neuman Brothers, Arad. The language is Hungarian. Today Arad is in the far west of Romania. The family established an alcohol and yeast factory there in 1851 Wikipedia, Arad, Romania. For an image of the factory see Képeslapok where the Hungarian describes the building as a distillery and Képeslapok Arad; Neuman Testvérek szeszgyára Előlap.The Xs on the seal might link it to a strong alcohol/spirit."
