Found in North Lincolnshire (near Epworth), 20mm.

DEUS / (DAMPF?) / ... // word curved across middle

If the second word is DAMPF this is usually followed by MÜHLE for Steam Mill and it would make this a flour bag seal probably from the Hungarian mills around Budapest. However the following word does not look to begin with an M?
