Found in the City of London, 20 x 16mm,

?E(ornate)O(spoked) crown above // no decipherable markings

Two part cloth seal. Possibly a clothiers seal but also has a continental look to it. Another possible attribution is to Colchester - previous Thames foreshore find.

Distinctive markings should lead to eventual identification.
