BSG.CS.00764 — Cloth Seal, Alnage, Portcullis, Three Disc

Found on the Thames foreshore.

Probably a three part alnage seal but difficult to tell where inner disc starts and connecting strip begins. Portcullis design on inner and retrograde N or W on rivet disc is all that is legible.
