Windmill sails / KD / crossed cereal ears, ...DAMPMØLLE around // (FLORMEEL)

Identified by Paul Cannon, "I think it might read […………………] DAMPMØLLE[.] ie Steam Mill (in Danish), around the sails of a windmill? above the letters CD or KD. The other face probably reads FLORMEEL. I am fairly confident that it is a Danish flour bag seal. cf BSG.BS.00653 and BSG.BS.00652."
